Bidrage med feedbackWe got the soup dumplings and curry pork rice plate. The soup dumplings had good flavor but not a lot of soup. The skin wasn't too thick which was good, but it also wasn't remarkably thin. The curry pork was a little bit spicy, which was nice. I think the curry could have used more depth of flavor. It seemed to be just the curry from a golden curry packet (which I generally enjoy! But could use a bit of dressing up imo). The pork was crispy but not tender. Overallenjoyable.
They temperature check everyone when you enter. Decent quality, huge portions and very reasonable prices. While not fine dining, the food is delicious and plentiful. They may break the rule and serve cuisines of 3+ countries, its an eatery and does a decent job of it. The Singapore hot tea teh Tarik, 2.50 is absolutely amazing, just like what i had in Kuala Lumpur yes not in Singapore I know . Just get it, please, thank me later. Shanghai style soup dumplings 6 wereflavorful and certainly better than your standard chop suey joint's. Pork cutlet curry Tonkatsu, 10 was a huge portion and pretty good, although probably from a stock cube. Mala soup was nice, probably the same broth as used in hotpot, not overly spicy and with a decent amount of beef. Regardless, get the tea.
We are very happy with everything! We came for Hotpot, everything you can eat. The ingredients were all in good quality and fresh. Their drinks were not pricye, but taste good. Services were really good, everyone was very friendly to speak. I could not expect more than two of us really had good food and drink and nice service, but all this cost only 70 dollars.
Testing You the Japanese pork with Kim Chi can not go wrong, the taste is ridiculously great for such a small place love the staff everyone is beautiful and helpful will return soon
I rarely post a review. Before I went to Fairy Cafe a few days ago, I almost always went to Gourmet Dumpling House in Chinatown. When it was closed, I was looking for another restaurant. I have reviewed restaurants reviews both in Chinatown and in Quincy. I live on the southern shore, so Quincy is comfortable. To my surprise, the best reviews for Fairy Cafe seemed to be. So I went there with my wife. Frankly, we were blown away from the quality of food and quantity. For $30 everyone you can get unlimited hot pot. I decided against it because I wanted to try other dishes. I ordered a noodle soup that was excellent. In a very large bowl with many ingredients. My wife has salt and pepper scatter. That was absolutely the best shrimp dish I ever had. And good amount. Instead of ordering the $30 each hotpot, I got hotpot and 3 meat dishes to pay separately for the 3 meat dishes. And a plate of water bun. I was totally surprised by the amount of meat that was provided. There was so much food that we couldn't finish it and had to take a lot of it home. The restaurant is small and is not beautifully decorated. This is not important to me, what is important is the quality of food. The service was also very friendly. The manager even came by to talk to us. I felt the prices were very reasonable. This is my new favorite Boston restaurant. A plus is not to pay $20 for parking in Chinatown
