Ogress Kitchen - Quezon City

Regarding location, I thought it was big lol (looking at their posts on instagram). But it was quite small. Nevertheless, it was actually a good place of you just want to chill or something. Esp. during weekends because they have an acoustic night for free! :) About the food, my bestfriend and I tried their, creamy carbonara and spicy buttered shrimp. The carbonara was really good. And it has a big serving. Might be good for 2 persons. While the shrimp comes in 5 pcs. Which is too few for its price. However, it's also yummy! :) About their freakshakes, we've tried their Dark Growl and Black or White. At first, I was slightly disappointed 'coz there's no Pink Stuff freakshake available! :( But when I've tasted other flavors, Goood, it was good actually. :) Price is reasonable. :) To sum it up, it was a nice place, and have great food. Also their staffs were nice and approachable! ❤️ We will definitely come back!

Location: Had a hard time finding the restaurant since there was no sign/name that it is "Ogress Kitchen". We drove back and forth along Malingap street until we asked a security guard where to find the restaurant. It was a really small place below another restaurant (Kaiku). Food: My girlfriend and I both had the Peri Peri Chicken and the Cookies & Cream Milkshake Overload to share. The chicken was very spicy but tolerable and was also tasty. The milkshake is a must try. But be sure to bring a companion to share it with since it is good for four people.

Food: Expectation vs reality ang peg. Yung name sa food nila sa menu mukhang masarap ang food. Pero pag na order mo na at nakain, usual taste na pala. Sana ma-improve pa nila yung lasa na food nila. Pero yung presentation naman ng food maganda at maayos. Place: Kung galing ka sa Philcoa, malayo siya kasi medyo sa dulo na niya ng Maginhawa. Yung concept ng store maganda and ang daming paintings kaya instagramable siya, thumbs up for that. ???? Price: Pricey.

I went all the way here to grace an invitation to attend a Poetry Night gathering. As for the place, its small at naligaw din ako sa pag hanap kasi marami siyang katabi na ibang mga restaurants. For me, nothing exceptional sa food and dahil maraming umattend sa Poetry Night na yun, ang tagal bago dumating yung order kong Seafood Marinara.
