Mcdonald's Sun Mall Welcome Rotonda

One of the more decent branches of Mcdonalds, space is quite huge despite being located inside a condominium. Service is great but a queue could pile up during rush hours. Food is on par with other Mcdonalds branches and is one of the better ones. Location is great being situated in Sun Residence, together with the Sun Residence Mall, it attracts multiple customers. Also located near Welcome Rotonda and the major roadways it links up.

Waited for too long for my food only to get disappointed because the crew didn 't take note of my request for the chicken part. Is the I don 't know because I don 't know good reason, I wish you would have taken note from the beginning. Should I give my desired chicken part to the person next to me who is also waiting for the order? Haha. People request for a specific part of the chicken for a reason. Don 't throw in our faces what we didn 't bet okay? As long as your service lasts, you 're just tripping.

Super slow service, and the crew doesn't seem to care. 4 orders that were made after my order has been served, mine was left out, and I waited for 30 minutes. We ordered from grab, the fries are old And the chicken we requested is wing part or thigh, they gave us the leg but the spag is ok it's too cold Food: 2

I ordered take out and specifically told them NOT leg part and yet they gave a leg part. So disappointed that they are not only sloppy with their service but simple request they could not understand. Worst branch!!! Service: 1
