Bidrage med feedbackVerdict Food: I am a huge Adobo fan. My all time fave Pinoy dish would always be Adobo. Be it Chicken, Pork or Combo. My bae and I went here around afternoon. There were around 4 pax before we came in. We took the menu and I ordered Spicy Cheesy Adobo. My bae had his fave, Spicy Coco Adobo. I also ordered Ensalada and we had Iced tea. We also tried their Pork Sinigang, which is new in their menu. Anddddddddd it didnt fail me. Haha their adobo versions are really good. They had this lasang lutong bahay kick and it was a really good thing for me. I also tried Adobo Connection and I really need to insert this comparison- This is waaay better than the former. Malansa ung chicken adobo nila sa AdConnection. The ensalada complimented the dish. I had to put a lot and I did enjoy it. The sinigang was really far from what a traditional pork sinigang would look like, it was sticky, kind of orangey and the pork portions were small. Though taste is still commendable, the adobo was their champ. The cheese was grated, it would also be good if they had just melted it. The Coco Adobo is flawless. A must try. We will go back here and I would need to try their Aloha Adobo. Cant wait! : Cost: My partner and I had a hunt for restos below 500php and we are always very excited for this ongoing quest. 5th stop, Adobo To '. For 85php, you get to have a set of Adobo with 2 rice, boiled egg and ensalada. For 30php you get to have a pitcher of cold Iced tea. No need to reiterate that its very affordable. Value for money. Ambience: Very homey. Its actually one of the maginhawa trends where owners used a portion of their home garage and renovated it, designed it accordingly for a resto space. Hole in the wall! It doesnt have AC, entrance is wide open so its not really humid inside. Simple, Affordable and Pinoy lang! : ZOMATO Would I recommend it? Highly recommended Recommended Kind of I dont know Probably Never
I've tried cheesy adobo and spicy coco pork adobo, its really good. I think they need to add more chili on their spicy adobo, for me the level of spiciness is so-so. Iced tea in pitcher is only 30 pesos. You must try and visit! I've been here twice and I'll come back for sure! You can check their IG @adoboto_maginhawa ????????????
My review would probably not matter as I will be saying the same things others have said yes the Cheesy Adobo was definitely a treat!!! ???? My brother and I went the for a quick lunch... We both ordered the spicy ones... I got the cheesy Spicy Adobo and he got the Spicy Coco Adobo... Both adobo renditions were good.. Although mine could have been better if its just with melted cheese... Minus the grated cheese... But it wasn't really a big deal... I also tasted the Coco adobo and it was very creamy and delicious... Its definitely worth a try.. But may I warn those who are on a diet... All servings come with 2 rice and 1 egg along with your adobo... ???? I am on a diet too... So tagging my brother along was my strategy cause I can had him eat my 2nd rice ???????? I ordered their ensalada but it was just too sweet and did not complement the adobo... Other than that it was all good..: but wait!! Did i mention that food wasn't expensive... One order only cost Php85, 1pitcher of ice tea was 30pesos and in case you would want an extra rice its just 15pesos... Not bad at all!!
This is an awesome sort-of hole-in-the-wall resto that almost literally sells only adobo : And they live up to the expections! We ordered their Cheesy Adobo and their Adobo Sisig. The former was a really good rendition of the classic adobo. Who would've thought of adding cheese to it, right? But it really worked! The Adobo Sisig was also good : Though not adobo-y enough for me, it was good sisig nonetheless. What's also awesome is that all their meals are served with 2 cups of rice. Gotta love that! And the prices! Affordable place talaga : Almost all their meals are P85. It's a simple place with no aircon and only benches for seating, but it was cozy nonetheless : I recommend this place to everyone looking for cheap, simple, but delicious adobo :
A must try.
