Little Caesars Pizza

Teach your staff customer service. I just pre ordered a pizza online and showed up within 5 minutes to pick it up. When I walked in I let the lady at the counter know I’m early to pick up my pizza and gave her my name. She said it would be a couple minutes. She then came back out with my pizza, put it in the pickup locker and walked away. She didn’t say anything, not even a “here’s your pizza in the locker or have a nice day”. If she didn’t want to hand me my pizza she could have at least communicated that and acknowledged me.

I stopped today to pickup a quick lunch for my wife, me and 2 young grandsons. The person who severed us (I should have gotten his name). Was awesome. He treated my grandson with free cookies and then all of us with a free pizza that had went over the time it was able to be served. We were happy to have a free pizza. He was concerned that we understood it would not be up to the regular standard due to being over the allotment of time. It was still very good. Thanks for a great experience.

Pizza and crazy bread are always top notch! I’ve never had a less than 5 star experience at this location. They’re pretty much the most consistent takeout around. 10/10 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am regular customer of this place. But this time the person at cash register behavior was not pleasant at all . I believe he is the owner. The way he asked me how many pepperoni I wanted to order was not normal at all. He was rude. Please work on your tone saying Sir then treat other like they owe you something from past is not nice at all. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
