Overall rating: 9.5/10 for the strawberry cake at this Chinese bakery. The cake has a regular layer of strawberries on top, with a creamy center and a thick base layer. It is not overly sweet like most bakeries, with a very soft texture and just the right amount of cream. If it had three layers instead of two, it would be a perfect 10/10. The chicken roll is superior to Fay Da's version, while the curry cow dish is good but overshadowed by the pastry. The sponge cake roll is also delicious. This hidden gem of a bakery is worth the drive, as the cakes disappear within minutes. On a return visit in April, the vanilla cake received a 9.9/10 rating for its consistent two layers and soft texture. Unfortunately, there are no good soft angel cakes in Long Island, making this bakery a must-visit for cake lovers.

This bakery in Queens is definitely the best! Their cakes are incredibly light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet - absolutely delicious and refreshing. In addition to cakes, their green bean cakes, curry puffs, and Boston cream cakes are amazing. Our family always goes to this bakery for parties and special occasions, and it's the only place we go to for our desserts.

Recommend the Boston Cream Pie. It is much cheaper than the cakes and has the signature fresh whipped cream.

This restaurant is the best and my favorite. I come here almost every day for a cup of coffee and a slice of green tea cake. The owner has been here for a long time and is very kind and nice. The service staff are also kind and efficient.
