The people there are unfriendly and have no customer service skills. the service is terrible

I have used Baskin-Robbins pet id tags, for many, many years and were always very satisfied with their work. they always do exactly what I need, even if it is a custom request. many thanks, boomerang!

I have placed an order on the baskin and Robbins website and made a mistake. the owner went beyond and beyond to correct the problem for me. I recommend this location for its great customer service.

We went to this location looking for BRs 2 vegan ice cream options or any sorbet. We asked which were vegan, the lady said all of them. The labels all said milk. I specified dairy free, she said milkshakes. I said no milk and she indicated she didn't know what we were talking about. Mind you, I'm not putting anyone down, she spoke perfect English and was polite. But allergies should not be taken lightly. Staff should be aware of what Dairy Free means. Very disappointed.

On -March /16 -2020 everyone worried about the corona Virus I buy a cup of coffee and bugle that Spansh girl who work there 12.30 pm She had no gloves on her hand and she was tach every thing with her hand and put it in to bags that very bad a lot of oldest man woman was buying coffee hop there safe from any disease and corona Virus
