Bidrage med feedbackI go in to purchase a Starbucks cup that is priced and on the shelf. I am told I cannot buy it because of a “launch” tomorrow, whatever that means. I wasted my time and they wouldn’t take my money. This place gets dumber by the day.
If I can give 0 Stars for this store, I would!Worst Starbucks we have ever been to. Went to this store Sunday morning on Jan 28th and noticed the line at the drive through was long (6 7 cars ahead of us so we decided to do a mobile order instead and got out of the line. My husband ordered two drinks and one bagel. He walks in to wait for our order. I am in the car with our 2 toddlers waiting. 15 mins later, my husband is still not out with our order. I watched those cars that were ahead of us in the drive through, plus other cars that had entered behind us passing us with their orders. And I watched others entering the building ordering through the barista's and exiting out with their orders in hand. By this time, my toddlers are crying. And I’m here wondering what is happening and why isn’t my husband coming out yet.After basically 30 mins of my husband still not out, I go inside with my two crying toddlers wondering what was going on. Our ONE bagel was still being “made”. By this time, I am furious, and asked to speak to the manager.This mangager basically couldn’t tell me why our ONE bagel took 30 mins to make. 30 freaking minutes!!! All she could say was I’m sorry, I know it must be frustrating! Do you, manager. Do you really know how frustrating it is having to wait 30 minutes for a bagel to be made with 2 crying toddlers?? Do NOT sit here and tell me you know!Then this guy comes in and sees me talking to the manager and tries to start it with me…(something I will not get into bc this guy had no right to jump in our conversation when he had no idea or clue as to what was going on! so if you’re reading this, you big bully shame on you for trying to scold me or trying to think you had some right to jump in our conversation when you had no idea/clue as to what was going on. Bc you saw a woman speaking to a manager upset, you assumed you knew what was going on?!Here are some pointers for this store and management. Maybe have someone work the station where all your food order comes out of. Maybe it’ll help another customer from having to wait 30 minutes especially when there are little kids in tow. If Dunkin’ Donuts can do it, why can’t this store??Obviously, someone forgot to do their job, and one of them is including this manager I spoke with this morning!This is the WORST service I have ever encountered! This is why I don’t ever go to this Starbucks anymore!!
Hello I went to this location recently for the first time. I was there at 5:05 am on Saturday 10/28/23 just after they opened for the day. I don’t typically go to Starbucks, I usually either make coffee at home or get Dutch bros to be completely honest. I had a Starbucks gift card that was given to me from my employer as one of the very few perks/ showing appreciation. Not even a pizza party haha ? anyway I have a 45 min commute to work and was out of coffee creamer so decided to go to Starbucks and use my gift card for coffee and breakfast sandwich before having to be at work by 6am.I did not get the employees name, I saw two people working inside when I pulled through the drive through.So friendly, fast, answered my questions, and then I pulled up to pay and get my stuff and they said my order was on the house. I almost cried. Thank you girls so much. I will definitely be back. I Hope their manager appreciates them and they are treated well at work!! It seriously made my day.
Wildly understaffed. It can take up to 25 minutes to get a drink here in the morning (any day of the week. Unless you have plenty of extra time, go find a new coffee spot. I don't think management has any interest in remedying this problem. Lots of frustrated customers each morning. Plenty of apathetic staff, too.
Always have had a great experience here, and the staff is always nice!! I've had trouble with a drink in the past but they were kind about it and made me a new one. I received a nice message on my drink today, which made my day as well! I salute the workers in there for working with customers who haven't had their coffee fix yet, especially in the mornings, it's wild.
