Sapristi Bistro Bar - Québec

My experience at this restaurant yesterday for lunch was fantastic. The server was extremely friendly, the drinks were delicious, and I had the most amazing mac and cheese. I am looking forward to going back and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! The mac and cheese is the best I have ever tasted!! I highly recommend trying it! We also enjoyed the s'mores for dessert. I can't praise this place enough!!

Hello, I just wanted to highlight the very professional work of an employee and the management of the bistro this afternoon. There was a mistake in the preparation of my order and the waitress, despite a very busy lunch service, reacted very well to correct the incident. Sure, it might have been 10 degrees below zero and the closest restaurant to the hotel, but I'd walk there in 20 degree sub-zero weather to eat there again... and will. It was already on my list as a recommendation from the Quebec City MoonGuides, so I knew I wanted to go there. Being close was just a plus. Then I had the duck confit and penne dish... tres bon! PLUS they had the Talking Heads on heavy rotation, thank you for that!
