McDonald's - Québec

The restaurant was bustling and clean, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and exhausted. It took 20 minutes for my Pokémon-themed meal to finally arrive after I placed my order.

This McDonald's has a rundown atmosphere and prices. The fries were good and served hot. However, the self-ordering machine was not working properly, causing delays in receiving our food.

In the final hour and a half before closing, I was served a dry and tough quarter pounder. The restaurant was chaotic, with the dining room closed and not enough seating available. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the service was lacking, falling short of McDonald's standards. This establishment could benefit from intervention from the company to improve the overall experience for customers.

Animals should not have toilets that look like that. there was a dirty pad in a cup. do toilet paper would not come out. chocolate milk on the floors. I killed a moose with my shoe. I can't even put this up.

A small McDonald's in the heart of Old Quebec. If you are hungry and on a budget, you come here. You can order from a cash register ie a real person , or you can order from one of the many large screens. Some of the large screens were out of order.I don't need to go into too much detail on the food unless you have been in a cave or a prison for the last 50 years or so.It was crazy busy when we ordered. The order was right. There is a bit of seating on the main floor, but there is an entire 2nd floor lots of stairs to sit and eat. Washrooms are also on the 2nd floor.I had been to this same McD's 27 years ago and just stumbled upon it again by chance and I remembered having been here once before.McDonald's isn't great food, but we weren't looking to spend a lot of money for lunch.
