If I have any chance to visit Quebec again and have a meal then I would definitely come here?Everything including the food, service and vibe here was perfect! Our server kindly recommended all the menus and we could have gravlax for our starter which tasted really nice. If possible, you should try it.As a long time fan of French onion soup, the signature onion soup was splendid too!Our main menu, the Arctic char was a masterpiece of today's dinner :)Actually we didn't have the idea of taking dessert here, but as we continued our meal, I thought dessert would also be nice and it surely was!Thank you for all the happy memory in Quebec! I wanted to give a great present to my girlfriend and she mentionned a few times that she had lunch at this place and she loved it. So to hit a homerun I invited here for dinner on her birthday. Well quite a surprise for me! never been there before) It is a exceptionnal place to go, meal, atmosphere, service, beverages everything was just great. Price were very readonnable for the quality and quantity in your plate. I highly recommand this place. It s a taste of heaven ??

Best french onion soup we've ever tried. Don't miss this menu item. Also, outstanding scallops and lamb entrees. Excellent service from attentive, friendly staff. A real gem don't miss this place when visiting Quebec City.

We came to Chez Boulay on our first evening in Quebec, luckily someone just canceled the reservation and we’ve been invited instead. Trendy place, nice atmosphere, original menu, great service! Highly recommend!?
