Café Saint-henri (saint-roch)

We came three days in a row. All the days the staff members were very pleasant and helpful since we did not know French. The first day we tried the donuts (sugar mint and amaretto pistachio) and they were delicious! The ham sandwich was also very tasty. They didn’t have any donuts on the shelf on the second day but we had a blueberry lemon pastry and the veggie sandwich and they were also good. The third day we had two more donuts tiramisu and ceramise both very good the cream inside was light and not too sweet.

Absolutely wonderful bakery! We ate here for breakfast a few times on our recent trip to Quebec City and liked everything we tried from croissants to donuts! This place was better than some of the more well known bakeries.

Perfectly crafted cortados, served with a small cup of sparkling water to wash out the last sip—always a welcome touch. Croissant was also flaky and fresh. Spacious café with plenty of seating, ideal for getting some work done or meeting with friends. Will be back for more!

This cute little coffee shop is my go-to whenever I’m in Quebec City! Their coffee and donuts are delicious, and it’s a nice place to simply enjoy your coffee, meet up with friends, study or even work!
