Batifol Bar & Grill - Québec

Terrible service food. We ordered 2 main courses, 1 appetizer, 1 dessert and 2 drinks. We made a reservation for 6 pm, by 8 pm we got only the appetizer. We went to the waiter to cancel the order bc we had to leave, he said : the food is ready in the kitchen, I'll bring it now. Why do you complain? You got some food already. No apologise. We agreed to eat the main courses, the burger was disgusting, soggy fries made in old oil, bad arancini (felt like they were frozen, no taste), pasta tasted like what I would imagine a gas station would make. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Much appreciated lunchtime formula! Choice in dishes. Freshness and quality of food. Very nice to have breakfast there!To recommend! It’s nice in the evening too!Room recently renovated.

We stopped in for a drink. Very clean. The staff, on our second visit, were very busy with large groups in for meals.
