I have been here loads of times every year.I love there food always have pepper steak.my daughter eats omelettes. they have a great menu and will look after your needs.its a family business.price is very good beer. wine very cheap of course higher price than...shops thats in every country as with cans of minerals..ive always felt welcome here .and i look forward to going back.

I have used this restaurant many times and the food here is excellent, although you will wait a while for your food it will be worth the wait as all the food is cooked to order, no frozen or precooked nonsense here. Carla is one...of the only remain traditional restaurant's left in Quartiera, you find it at the top of the old town,left at the BP roundabout.

Returned after 20 years to find the restaurant carla still strong. great value for money. the brother and the sisters who possess and lead this place know how to serve good family food to a very reasonable price. we ate here twice for dinner and had a series of dressed from cataplana, fried pork, kebab, garnelen and chicken. fresh veg perfectly cooked to accompany. better value and quality than anything offered around the marina of vilamoura.

Great eating, great staff and everything we could eat and drink for £15. it is not the obvious good restaurant from the outside, but it is highly recommended by me and my family. I had the mixed grill that was calf and booze on one. spits for 10 euro, served with chips. a bottle of red wine was 8 euro. it's not somewhere where you have to dress to go. nice and casual.

We have been eating here for 30 years on trips to the algarve and carla has long been very good. sometimes we visit other restaurants in the opposite and above all we know that we should have just gone to carla. it's not. the place for them if they want to eat on the market ambience, eat and service, but if they want well cooked, delicious and good food every time, they can not beat it.
