TGI FRIDAYS - Quakertown

The waitress was friendly, but didn't keep us in the loop. It took almost an hour from the time we ordered until the food arrived. Food tasted ok, but lack of communication and great delays make it difficult to return.

On Friday, my family visited this restaurant, but unfortunately the staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. They were too busy to bring out our appetizers on time or refill our drinks. The food took a long time to arrive and did not live up to the pleasant experiences we've had in the past.

All staff very friendly. Server, Katie, was very attentive. The food was fresh and hot. Manager gave us appetizer free if we did not arrive with our meals. Restaurant very clean. Very pleasant experience.

We arrived 10 minutes early, but were seated immediately. We had a new server who was on his 3rd day, and he was outstanding. The food was plated perfectly and had great flavor. I would recommend Fridays for any day of the week!

Food was excellent , we were not rushed. We were 6 people and we all agreed it was a great experience
