Teriyaki Town - Puyallup

Does anyone know what happened to the lady who always work at this restaurant? The food is not as good as before big portions, but very dry from the meat and rice not much flavor like before. Is this still family ran or new owner? I miss the old Teriyaki Town. I went again and it's disappointing. The meat has no flavor they added more food maybe to make up for it, but I rather trash the food. Im taking a long break from this place. Hopefully they can get better recipes or cook if that's the issue.

I'm never returning here. Food is good, but the service, oh god. The service is beyond trash. The lady who was taking orders was so rude I literally just turned around and left. 0/10

Good food but keep in mind that teriyaki sauce is subject to the cooks taste. Much like BBQ sauce there's different ways to make it.

Food is good. Service was really bad. We showed up at 10:55, door was open. She made us leave and pointed to the “Open” sign as if we should have known they weren’t open. We come back in, and say we will dine in. She was rude the entire order process then gave us our food in to-go boxes…like what?

Spicy teriyaki was delicious! Customer service was spectacular, so friendly and easy to chat with!
