Outback Steakhouse - Puyallup

Went to outback for the first time tonight. Taylor was our server and he provided some of the best customer service I have had. Our food came out cooked perfectly and quickly. Thanks, Taylor for a great experience and exceptional customer service!

I came to this location a few months ago and it was too long of a wait to be seated. We came back to visit yesterday and were seated in a minute for a party of 5....nice work! The service provided by our waiter Cameron, was great. A few things to point out: Our food took too long to get to us. 2 other tables next to us arrived after us and got their food before us (we got ours after about 40 minutes after we ordered). The other parties were 2 people and 4 people. The waiter was apologetic and sincere and did a good job keeping us filled on bread and drinks. Lobster was good, the steak was mediocre and not up to standard unfortunately...potatoes and Mac and cheese and all the rest were on point. Overall, kind of pricey based on taste from my perspective but a good experience all things considered. Thanks for a nice dinner, Cameron.

Crystal our server was so friendly and helpful. The bloomin onion appetizers is a must. I had the chicken grilled on the barbie, my husband had the pork chops. Was happy they had sweet potato as a side dish.UPDATE JULY 16TH We had Crystal again, haven't been there for a while, happy to see she is still there. I had shrimp on the barbie, very tasty with spices they cook it in, for my sides sweet potato and salad. Their side salad is really good because its not all lettuce, it includes cucumbers, cheese, tomatoes, croutons, onions. My husband had the pork chop again with clam chowder, very good big pieces of clams and the sweet potato..UPDATE SEPT 16TH. Crystal is the best server. My husband had the bone in ribeye steak. I ordered the wrong steak and they were nice enough to replace it with the one I wanted, very good customer service. UPDATE JULY 3RD 2023 Very good service by Bar B, we enjoyed their special $7.00 drinks, and my husband had their prime rib and shrimp special, I had the 6oz filet mignon. We split their special dessert called Tim Tam chocolate brownie cake. It was so rich we had to bring home half of it.

Delicious food as always The lobster is usually the hardest to get perfect and they had no problems delivering the goods for us. Steak was so delicious by itself it needs no sauce or seasoning to be added. They had some new, tempting menu items as well. The service was excellent!

As always outback is great, blooming onion is always our favorite along with the bread. I was a little disappointed in my burger this time around but every other experience with them have been great. Good service and good food overall. She said the blueberry lavender lemonade drink was amazing
