Mcdonald's - Puyallup

Went through the drive through and they told me to pull around to wait for my food. They gave my food away, made me wait 30 minutes to re-cook my food. I asked for money back on my meal.....they gave me two .50 cent apple pies. Avoid this one if possible. They suck.

I ordered 2 apple pies and i was in line for about 25 minutes and no one brought them out ????

First off… WOW!I have YET to find another McDonald’s that has a ALL STAR STAFF like FREDRICKSON McDonalds!The ice cream machine WILL MOST CERTAINLY be working after 10pm…Every time I swing through this place… they have it FRESH… CORRECT… and SERVICE DONE RIGHT! And I see LINES FORMING OUT TO THE ROAD… EVERY NIGHT!!! There’s a reason for that! It’s called “Awesomeness.”If some of you “franchise owners” need a run down refresher of what the “Quintessential American McDonald’s Experience” is really about… visit THIS one!Five stars ALL ACROSS THE BOARD!!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. My wife and I came in before starting our graveyard shift. To get food for our kiddos before dropping them off to their grandparents. While otw to their home…my daughter asked for a fry. We instantly noticed that we had received someone else order. From the looks of what we got it didn’t even amount to what we spent. So we went to work and kept the receipt and ordered them door dash for our kids. The next morning we got off and called them. The manager was rude. I said I had my receipt he refused to remake or refund it. He wanted me to bring back in 2 day old food to prove I got someone else order. Then I told him my grandmother threw it away we don’t eat McDoubles she’s also allergic to tomatoes which there is ketchup on the burgers that gave us. He was very rude I told him they could rewind cameras, see what they handed me, and look at my receipt. He said and I quote. “It’s not that simple”. After contacting cooperate McDonalds office. I was informed, that I should have either been refunded or the correct order replaced. But this location makes its own rules which they shouldn’t. Cooperate said even franchisee locations should be following McDonalds policies. They do not they penny pint n and rob you at this location. So basically I got a $12 bag of food Max and someone got my entire families $40 meal for $12 max and that’s ok? Save yourself the headache. There are many other decent locations which was a shock to me seeing as it’s in my south hill Puyallup area. It performs like it’s located on Hosmer in Tacoma.

The food was fine. The drive thru was a mess. About 15 minutes or so.
