It's Phở U - Puyallup

Came in around 9pm and they couldn't seat us because their kitchen closed even though their Facebook page says they're open until 10pm.

This is my go-to pho place. The service is always fast and friendly, and the pho is consistent. Their steak is very lean and tasty.

We got the steak pho to go. I've had pho plenty of times, but I've never had it come with the meat uncooked so I was confused. We called and asked about it and they were super friendly. They told us that's just how it works, and explained how to heat it up and cook the meat with the hot broth at home.It was suuuuper super good and I'm glad I didn't knock it before I tried it. Will definitely be back

Reasonably priced Vietnamese food in area where you wouldn't expect if. Thankful for a decent meal after a long day. Staff were friendly enough and got the food out quickly. Service is as expected and I couldn't ask for more. There really isn't a standard for Vietnamese restaurant. Ambiance is casual and family friendly. Will come again!

They removed the chili paste from the table. This was the reason I have stop going to previous Pho places. If they are removing the one ingredient I like, I don't like asking for it everytime I come in, and I'm (with my family of four) a weekly customer. Too bad.
