Buffalo Wild Wings - Puyallup

This place is not for me. Rude staff, dry overlaid wings, the dinge fell through the cracks. we came in in a slow night, there were only four tables that were different than we met. it took 20 minutes until the waiter came by and asked if we wanted water or a drink. I ordered a cocktail and we said we were ready to order lunch at the same time. the food came out first, cold and dry. I didn't know they had to ask the wings to be extra wet if they want them to actually be coated and not just some of the wings to be sucified. the wings themselves were obviously over boiled and burned edgeline. the waiter never came to us and never brought me my drink. we have flew someone else for the check and had to ask them to remove the drink from the ticket, since it never came and I have no intention of hacking it after we have finished eating and paid the bill. we will not be back.

I had ordered a DoorDash order and when the order came we only got our sides .. first instinct is to think it's DoorDashes fault cause we have all heard the stories of them taking food. So I called bdubs and asked them if they remember an order under a name and the girl that answered the phone said she remembers and it was her fault that the order didn't get to the driver . I worked in the restaurant business for a long time and I get that sometimes mistakes happen. We live about 45 minutes away and they said they can make our food fresh if I picked it up . So of course I'm not going to let over 100$ worth go to waste and I drove to the restaurant. When I get there they only gave the wings and didn't have the sides remade even when I asked them. Had to wait longer for it . I'm usually very understanding and not the one to complain but there s was a reason why I wanted it delivered for my to drive back to the restaurant and not have my food ready , pretty disappointed if you ask me :

We called to order to go, they gal did not know what we were asking for, then she quoted wrong price. Then when we got there they rang it up wrong and we finally ended up with what we wanted. But to be honest for the price and the hassle, the wings were dry and not good. The fries were good.

Graduation today for four local high schools, one of which was our son's.We had already been to a restaurant that treated us like we were an inconvenience even though we attempted to call ahead and use their service for everyone's easy flow and the whole trip in was horrible so we left.Walked in already jaded, was told immediately they had one server on because of a huge call in, they apologized (not necessary) and seated us under 15 minutes. Waitress Dylana was patient, fun, fast, attentive even when overwhelmed and although the wing sauce game needs to be nailed down in the kitchen, the trip in was something my son deserved, I wish we would have started here. Thank you for being honest, kind, receptive and on spot.

Ordered 10 boneless wings from Uber Eats with ranch. Was given no ranch, and 5 of the wings were bone in
