Black Angus Steakhouse Puyallup

Food was alright had a few things undercooked(veggies) and something over cooked. The service was awesome though! Our waiter Alec was very good at making sure our drinks were always full and food was out at a timely matter him and the manager also helped figure out how to get my drink off the bill(I had reward points)

Place was great the wait staff are awesome and I don't know who the bartender was but they knew what they were doing. The only complaint I have is the front desk. I know they have a lot of folk come through but how you talk to people goes a long way on how people perceive you or a company. And for first impressions it wasn't very welcoming. This was my second time being there and second experiencing that kind of rudeness.

Our first time here and will be our last. 90 minutes from the time we arrived to walking back out the door. We ordered the dinner for two. The appetizer took quite a while to arrive. We finished that and our salads and then waited and waited for our steaks to arrive. Half of mine was filled with tendons and unable to cut, even tried a new knife to err it it would cut better. The middle of the steak was as ordered (medium). One end was rare and the other was well done. Our server offered to make a new one but we didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes We ordered dessert which also took an excessive amount of time to arrive (it rated great though). Didn’t intend on spending our entire evening just trying to grab dinner

There was entertainment with a person singing that was relaxing, prime rib with lobster was delicious!! Service was perfect! Had a great time! Already started eating before I took pics but saved some it for picture! Lol!

We made a new tradition, for the last 3 yrs on Thanksgiving Day, that we go to Black Angus Steakhouse for dinner. The food is amazing and everyone is so friendly and helpful, had a great time. Thank you everyone at Black Angus!
