Bj's Brewhouse Puyallup

Store was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and gracious. I noticed all the staff was wearing gloves and masks. We arrived right after the store was open and sat in the bar. There was one booth or table intentionally left empty. At the time we arrived it was quiet and about 25 minutes after arrival the staff turned on the sound system and it was too loud. Otherwise, the service and food were great.

It was excellent and usual. Everything from the hosts and the server to the food was excellent as it normally is. BJ’s has become our family’s favorite restaurant and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks BJ’s.

Great service, this restaurant is doing everything right with Covid-19 requirements

We went there for our 25th anniversary dinner.. and it was awful experience. When the hostess lead us to the table, we wanted a small table with no extension table, they told no then show us the HUGE table when its not Deaf friendly for both of us, we feel its overcrowded to our needed to have accessible to our service. There was NO MENU! or any alcohol menu to provide, we had to guess what we would like to have drink. they gave us wrong kind of drink, then second time we asked for 2nd one it was correct one.. The waitress willing not get close to us to show what I show on the menu...Shes way too far way from us. It wasnt friendly at all! Gave us many blank menus,. and scan code doesnt work. We dont use our phone for our date nights. It was frustrating evening I ever had to experience after first time try to go out to eat again. I will not go back again, til its back to old normal.
