Mint Thai Cuisine - Punta Gorda

The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and attentive. The service was excellent and the food was delicious, served promptly. I especially appreciated that when I inquired about fish sauce in the curry, they assured me that the curry is all vegan, which was exactly what I was looking for!

I tried the pad Thai with tofu, without the egg, and it was incredibly tasty with a subtle spice. We also had the fresh roll appetizer with tofu, which was also very delicious. The majority of the dishes can be made vegan at this restaurant, and the staff is very accommodating.

We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mynt, who was incredibly friendly and even brought us an additional salad with a delicious fresh peanut dressing.
