Always had an excellent service. has not taken care of my salad, but I have just ordered the wrong one so that this is on me. have laishleys often recommended for the service, eating and the entire atmosphere.
Was overall good experience the drinks were great! eating was good and quite a lot, that is it. it was good eating, but not over the top, but the money and about 6-10 worth. it was a 6.5 of 10
Everything was excellent. The Mango Margaritas I had were good, but I honestly didn't know they were $13 for one small glass.
We were ignored for 20 minutes after our wine was delivered. 3 4 tables were served prior to us we were there first. Finally, meals came both were lukewarm. We literally had to flag our waitress down to bring the bill. The bill, with my credit card, sat at the table for 10 15 minutes until I asked another waitress to track down Beth. When Beth returned, I told her very calmly I was very disappointed. To me, it was obvious she didn’t bring our meal when it was ready (it was warm plus other later arrivals were served before us). I also mentioned that her service left much to be desired. She responded: Can’t you see how I’ve been running around. Im very busy.” Rather than create a scene, I quirky left with my wife and left a message for the manager on my drive back to Estero. My 4 5 frat brothers and I frequent here 6 8 times per year. So, on Sunday, I wanted to show her where my friends meet. Needless to say, it was a disaster. I don’t want Beth fired. Everyone can have a bad day. She should be lectured on the art of smiling and being nice to her customers. Frank
