The bad organization, they don't respect the reservations made, there's not enough personnel to attend to so many people, we never attended, we asked to take three times, never took the drinks, not even the menu, after almost an hour of waiting for service we went without dinner, bad experience, I understand it was 31 Dec but we should be prepared
This is a nice room, but unfortunately the food and service have left much to wish. as party of 5 we started with 2 mojitos, 1 caipirinha, 1 stella artois and 1 glass pinot noir. while my 4 family members received their drinks in a few minutes, I waited about 10 minutes and had to ask the waitress about my wein. no big thing, it's happening. the sushi was more rice than fish and was the quality of a food business sushi that they could find in the united states. we also ordered steak (filet mignon and strip steak,) which we asked to cook medium and came more like rare / medium rare. the actual kicker was when I got the bill and there were several things that we did not order that up to about 30 usd added. the restaurant was almost empty, so I don't think this was inadvertent. Of course, the waiter when I noticed the mistake was very “sweet”. he had charged us for 1 appetizer that we did not order and 2 additional bottles of water. To be honest, they can eat better at other places.
I was here almost 6 times and I come back this time with my daughter just to get the best food in punta cana. My suggestion is this one I try the chocolate cake The flan and it’s not a good representation for you guys It’s really not good the taste so you need to change this with a good bakery
Bad service. Staff need more training. Not recommend
