Hacienda Restaurant - Puno

I think the new name is Pizza Andina. Excelent food with variety of different dishes. We ate soup and asparagus cream and personal pizza which was enough for 2 people and 2 glasses of paech juice. All together 59 soles. I agree with those who say the food is gurmet (but dishes are big)

5 stars for 5 reasons: 1) set menu for just 20 soles, including starter, main and dessert 2) pizza oven. 3) good location in center 4) pisco sour included in deal 5) uplifting covers of classic tunes

We ordered a pizza, which was pretty good. Took a long time though (this seems to be common in Puno), the main reason for the 2 stars given is because the waiter did not show us the bill in the end, just charged the money and hid the bill. We know we were charged 3 soles extra because we remembered the prices in the menu. We would probably have left a bigger tip than 3 soles if we would have seen the bill. Poor service...

The good was quite good, but small portions. I didn't get full and I'm usually not eating much. The service was not so good. Very pushy to get people in the restaurant (like most). Getting more people in the restaurant seemed more important than giving a good experience. I had to ask everything twice and had to wait next to the pay desk for payment while new people were seated and their umbrellas put together.

I love the food there and the people were so friendly
