They’re fine if you go in person, but they cannot handle orders through the app. They’ve forgot my online order a few times also they never update the status so the sandwich could be done for a long time before it even says they’ve started it on the app. I’ve ordered a bunch of times on the app and never got my sandwich in under ~25 minutes. I got my son a sandwich to go and unfortunately when he got it he said it was completely disgusting.

I ordered The Monster . When I got the foot long sandwich (it was cut in half), (1) I literally had to lift the top bun on each half to see if the buns contained anything... piled high NOT. (2) About 2 per side had NO filling (meat, cheese, onions, etc). (3) There was no bacon anywhere (the whole reason I ordered the more expensive version of this sandwich). NOT impressed, NOT worth the $35 I spent for delivery. The attached photo is exactly how it looked when I peeled it apart does that look piled high ?

Ordered a sub with less mustard and it got smothered in mayo and somehow also got peppers.

I don’t like to wait in line in line for 15 min to be told that they are out of meatballs cause they didn’t make enough. I really dislike people wasting my time.
