Quintal - Puerto Varas

Ordered salad for take out and it came without dressing. The Escalopa in my salad was dry and cold. I’m super disappointed in the quality and appearance of my food. Also got ceviche which was a good portion but there was barely any finish. Like 5 pieces. Service was also slow and pizza took forever to make. You can only order for take out once you’re at the restaurant which is a terrible model.

Empañadas were great here, I mean really good! Other foods are probably similar quality. Plus a wide range of beer and cocktails. I've heard waiting times can be long. I appeared in the high season at Wed 11pm and could immediately get a table, although still very full. So note normal dinner hours or weekend.

After asking for nice options to go for dinner while in Puerto Varas, we come to the Quintal. The place has excellent views of the lake, cozy surroundings, friendly staff, fast service, and above all great foods and cocktails... not a big fan BTW, but they were actually quite good.

Amazing!. Eating is the best. The atmosphere enchanted us. Stone pizzas are very good! Your other preparations too. the attention and atmosphere of the place is excellent
