La Ribera Restaurant - Puerto Vallarta

Dinner was excellent every time we ate in la Ribera. We took some fillets. (Maui Maui we caught fishing) The cook did a fantastic job to prepare the fillets for us. Our waiter Enrique Robles is very good in his craft and brings us special attention... and then some.

Very happy to have dinner here, my family liked it, we had a dreamy sunset view from our table. Service was excellent, I want to thank our waiters Julio and Roberto,and the hostess Valeria for her kind welcome and for taking us some great photos....No quieremos irnos!

It is not "Fine Dining," but the food was good. The beach setting and the service was outstanding. We chose to eat here most of the time because of the location. We had different servers each time, but Ivan and Miguel really stood out.

It's a real diamond. The offers are available in the buffet and/or in the menu. The service is impeccable and attention to detail amazing. I suffered the beef supply, especially the ribbed eye. It is a thin cut, so... I ordered it medium rare and had closer to medium, Our grandson held the Portabella plate and loved it. The buffet table was a solid presentation and had classics such as potatoes, chicken, pasta dishes. We loved the salad bar offers and the crepe table was spectacular. We were there for an all-inclusive experience and would have gone as regular payers. This is a great fun spot and when the Mariachis play, it's even better!
