Stashu's Con Fusion - Puerto Limon

This was the best restaurant we tried in Costa Rica. Contrary to some previous reviews, the portions were actually quite generous. They may appear small, but that's because the plates themselves are large. We struggled to finish our meal because there was so much food! The concept of the restaurant is incredible and the staff were very friendly. Additionally, there is a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. We would definitely come back again!

I cannot say enough good things about Stashu. The food is superb, the elegant and stylish atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. We dined here for two out of our three nights in the city and regretted not eating here more. Stashu is a wonderful host and the dining experience is exceptional. I highly recommend it for a beautiful sunset and a delicious meal.

Finally, a restaurant where the chef is at the helm and the staff greets you with a smile and a positive attitude. The ambiance is eclectic with an exceptional view of the sea. The food was fresh (the mahi was delicious) and flavorful (I'll keep my thoughts on dessert to myself). The owner should consider giving Gabriela a raise, as she is a top-notch professional with incredible experience. Love it.

What a great meal we had there. despite some water shortages, we really ate well. large menu with so many options to choose different sauces and preparations to combine with different proteins. the personal was incredibly friendly and helpful and the owner, stash, ensures that everything works well. highly recommended.

Despite its prime location, this place makes real efforts to serve excellent food. Their specific approach and success results from merging the Indian idea of Curries with local ingredients. I tried a spicy green curry which was perfectly balanced with fruit and brought out the chicken perectly. The side salad is also notably good!
