La Rueda - Puerto Iguazú

Decent food with a good selection of local fish and nice wines. Fresh, beautifully served. Staff very friendly and attentive. Quick service. Fantastic interior. Portions are bit on a smaller side (e.g. you get half a fish for some reason) but still acceptable. You can choose the size of the meat so you can eat enough of meat for sure.

Salty! Not a single other review mentions this but my river fish was beyond salty. Almost inedible. When the server asked how it was I asked if it was suppose to be so salty. He said no. He took it back and redressed the fish with a new sauce. The sauce was just ruined the dish. My husband had the fish stuffed ravioli. It was okay. Would not recommend.

The restaurant is situated in the heart of the city, just 2 minutes walk from the bus terminal where you can take buses to the waterfalls on both sides and also other cities. The foods provided by the restaurant were good. I had a steak and it’s so juicy. I had it ordered to be cooked to medium rare and when the plate came, the steak was so juicy and rightly suit my taste. Atmosphere in the restaurant was good and friendly except when paying the bill, the waitress had consistently asked for 10% service charge, of which I’m ready to pay without her repeating repeatedly Overall speaking, it’s a restaurant you can’t miss when you are in Puerto Igausu. It won’t fail you, honestly

Product and service were fantastic! We visited this establishment in two occasions, Marcos and then Elias provided an excellent customer service, their efficiency and attention to detail were on point. The quality of fish and meat exceeded our expectations. Looking forward to recommend La Rueda in IGR, to our colleagues and acquaintances. A must do indeed!!

Everything as expected pure perfection! Great food, amazing wine, fantastic service in a wonderful environment. Best place in the area by far.
