Grill Patio Del Loro

We decided to take our grand children along with their mum and dad. For a day out to Loro parque. The attractions are first class. However we had paid for the premium tour that includes a meal at the patio bar and grill. We were told tables are reserved. What a joke. There were no reserved tables, there was tables piled up with used plates, left over food, empty plastic cups, cardboard cartons, and collared doves pecking away on the tables at the food. The service for food was abysmal at it`s best, No forks. eventually our grand kids and mum and dad got served, while my wife and I saved them a seat at the table we had cleared. The wife and I went to stand in the queue for food and a drink. There were no more than 15 people in front of us. But it took about 20 minutes before we got served. When we got back to the table it was about 15 minutes before the sea lion show. The grand kids along with mum and went to the show, the wife and me missed it

We went to LORO Parque for the day and the trip included a meal at Bar Grill Patio del LORO , when we got there loads of tables were piled high with customers rubbish that hadn’t been cleared away. We moved loads of rubbish and managed to get a table, we let our daughter and son in law go to get food while we kept an eye on our grandchildren. The service was so slow it took 20 minutes for them to go through the self service area. When the got back with their food me and my husband went for our food, we got trays but there were no forks only knives and spoons, I had to shout to one of the staff who went and got forks. We got our food and headed back to the table, it took so long we missed the sea lion show. I told my daughter to take the kids to watch it but we missed out. The tables were still piled high with customers rubbish to the point there were birds pecking at their leftovers, not really hygienic! The food was lovely but it was spoilt by the mess around all the restaurant.

Visited Loro park with the Premium Tour which included a three course meal. When we arrived at the grill we were hurriedly added on to the end of a young family's table who were clearly in the middle of a meal and given no option although there were plenty available tables in the outside patio area. As we sat down and started looking in our bag for our food tokens The same member of staff returned to begin shouting in my ear in an aggressive manner for the required ticket. Staff then brought out food, chicken soup and salad for starter. Salad was completely covered in oil. Main course was on our table within one minute of being given our choice, pork kebab was raw in the middle and vegetarian option was very bland. Once receiving the mains, we actually left the restaurant due to the atrocious manner of certain members of staff and disgusting quality of food. The family that shared our table was appalled by the manner they had also been treated and the quality of their food also !

Perfect solution for having a well-deserved break. We didn't expect what we got, very good quality for a reasonable price, taking into consideration the location. The service was excellent, very warm welcome and an excellent treatment.

This bar grill reflects the whole of this attraction so well run and very clean with a good choice of food and drinks a must to visit when you visit this attraction.
