What surprised me was the flame that was so intense that it was directly on the meat top...that 's the only reason I stopped (the truth is that most tacos al pastor fry the meat on the grill...I approach it with the taquero I asked him for permission to record and he cordially offered me the taco he was preparing...I was definitely hooked and ordered 6 tacos I don 't regret it, they were really worth the tacos...
