Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pueblo

Experience today is that I just left from here on popeye’s that I can’t even give it a star that was so bad it was honest. I am very disgusting with her help-cuz we came with a neighbour to order something to eat for them and order for us two different commands and once the first order has been done, they gave a price and said they go and park on the parking lot and I will bring it out. Many thanks because I went to the door to make a command and come to find out that they are there closed lobby so that they decided to bring the command for the neighbor, and I told him situation and they told me that I will go back through the long line. very unprofessional and not very polite of people to do this when the person tries to eat something for them and their family, not at all happy thanks to much. one is sure that I don't even give them a star or refer friends or family to eat there.

The employees at this Popeyes are the WORST people I’ve ever met told me they couldn’t go the extra mile all just to cut up a 4 year olds sandwich in half. Really hope you let your “ managers” know that customer service is a big part and customers are always accommodated. Wack people these days !!

This Popeyes is the worst one in town I don't know how they get fake 5 star reviews when they clearly can't get orders right. Today I got hard biscuits as usual and part of my order was missing. Drinks tasted like an old flat soda because the machine that clearly needs cleaning but never gets cleaned. They refused to give me my money back so I sat at the window and refused to move until I got my money back for the missing and old food they served me. They called the cops and got told I wasn't committing a crime. Got my money back after 15 20 minutes and now I'm going to call the health department because Karen wants to try me like that! I'm priority now huh? ?As others have said sometimes they don't even have food, at least 2 things on the menu are always out at any given time. Done. Sad I have to leave this kind of reviews for one of the only chicken places in town.

EVERY TIME I come here they tell me it’s gonna be a 20-30 min wait for chicken! This time I come through the drive thru and as I pull up and the girl tells me it’s gonna be a 30 minute wait for ALL of their items. How is that even possible to have to wait 30 minutes for strips that take 3 minutes to. cook? Mashed potatoes are supposed to be made already? I just don’t understand? I see 2 employees standing outside smoking cigarettes. One of them was covered in flower so I’m assuming he was the cook. Maybe if their employees weren’t standing outside smoking then they would have chicken ready when their customers come to order ! After all this is a chicken place! How the hell are they ALWAYS OUTTA CHICKEN?!

The last three times I went they were out of everything I tried to order, including chicken. I understand the supply chain issues, but being out of chicken three weeks in a row as a Popeyes? I don 't know about that one.
