Jack in the Box - Pueblo

I waited in the car thru for 20 minutes only to be told at 20:50 clock that they did not hear a more order. how can they turn customers (money) away as a company because their team is slow? was my time after I waited 20min to have taken my order with the redner?

I love jack in the box, I live 130 miles away from pueblo, but when I'm in pueblo, I get always something from jack in the box, chicken teriyaki dish is the best.

I wouldn't let a star if I could. the manager said inadvertently about the loud speaker is not enough!? when I ordered for 8 people. When I came into the window, he refused to come to the window when he finally did, he would not give me names or pay. even though the first woman told me his name was jose.

Does anyone care at Jack In The Box? Lobby is sometimes open, sometimes closed...who knows? Always late with online orders. Soooooo many others places to eat in Pueblo. Don't need Jack In The Box.
