I had been craving mixed fried rice since leaving Houston, and it hit the spot. Anyone who has eaten Timmy Chans wings and rice in Houston knows what I'm talking about. They do it pretty close with lots of protien. Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu, starting with the sesame beef. Nice work guys.
I absolutely adore this charming little restaurant! It's our go-to spot whenever we can't decide where to eat. The buffet is just the right size, offering a great variety. The owners have their friends and kids around, working and having fun, but this doesn’t bother my family at all, unlike what I've seen in some other reviews. The prices are reasonable, and we always leave feeling satisfied!
The sweet and sour chicken was quite tasty and full of flavor. However, the chicken teriyaki was unpleasant and had an off-putting odor that lingered. It was completely unappetizing after just one bite. I even discovered a few pieces of raw chicken. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant was in terrible condition and looked very rundown.
The ambiance is rather basic, very basic, which is what you’d expect from an old strip mall. However, after several visits, I’ve found that the food is consistently fresh, with an extensive selection of options to choose from. At around $11, including a drink, it’s hard to beat the value! Plus, it’s just a five-minute drive from my home in Pueblo, making it my go-to spot for lunch. It may not be luxurious, but when you’re there, are you really looking to enjoy delicious food or take pictures? LOL!
