4 Of Hart's - Pueblo

Nice little restaurant on the river walk. We had the Mojito and King Margarita, both were good drinks. The Bruschetta was delicious. For lunch we ordered the Duck Wings and the Bison short rib Bahn Mi.. The sandwich was great but the wings were not good. They had a nice flavor but were unfortunately very overcooked and not edible. Overall we would come back but probably just for a date night as it's a bit pricey and a more formal setting. Service was good, but not as formalas I expected for the price and ambiance.

Excellent staff and food it was amazing! Will definitely be returning to wine and dine! Cant thank you guys enough, my steak was amazing all flavor and our waiter was so very respectful and informative the hostess was so nice and gave us a table right away even though they were very busy on a Friday night another restaurant turned our business away!

About expensive, poor food. My steak (Sirloin) was over boiled and hard. The potatoes were boring and unseasonal. The sauce was the only good part of the plate. My husband Steak (Bison) was over cooked and tasteless. The desserts were pre-cut and looked like they had been in the refrigerator for several days. The drink was great. The staff was friendly and the service was good.

The food, service and general ambiance at the 4 of Hart's restaurant was perfect for us as we celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Our server Collin, was always there when we needed him, but was not overbearing....the food was over the top amazing! I would recommend the King Boil to any seafood lover like myself, and my wife had the ribeye. Both entree's were delicious. We are soooo fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber here in Pueblo, Colorado!!

Due to my husband's military career I had never really been able to celebrate his birthday by taking him out, this year I finally was able to celebrate him and 4 of harts did not disappoint, first they let us in the restaurant early before business hours because it was cold outside, service was great, food and drinks amazing and then they did the complete unexpected, a birthday card for my husband from the staff and a birthday dessert, INCREDIBLE!! Never have we had such caring staff give us such service. We will return for sure!
