Mars Garden, Balibago - Puebla

Today 11/Jan 2020, we attended a birthday party at Mars Garden Function Hall in Pampanga ! Reservation is for 100 guest ! Food is not bad but service is very bad, staff doesn’t even smile we are all surprised that each food dish tray is attended by one kitchen staff and they itself give the food for the guest like ration which is limited to one scope serving of each menu ! guest saw the kitchen staff taking away the food tray inside the kitchen while still half full we didn’t really have the time to enjoy the food caused there is no way to get another serving ! Guest are all wondering why the food was taken away while we are still eating. What a bad service and impression to these people who came all the way from Manila Abroad to experience such a bad service ! We are all very very disappointed !! Can’t recommend !

Highly recommended event place. The food is above expectation with its reasonable price. Will visit the place again and consider it for our next gathering/event.

Rooms not nice , poor bar facilities , poor breakfast and too expensive.. definitely not worth it. However though , since I want to be fair , cleaning ladies do an excellent job.

We had a fantastic holiday here and would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Cyprus .. lovely clean spacious room , the staff were so friendly and polite and couldn't do more for you and best of all the food was absolutely out of this world! So much variety and all delicious from breakfast through to your evening meal.. will definately visit here again One day hopefully.
