Culture By Tealive (bandar Puteri Puchong)

The bar operation is a little messy. The kitchen behind doesn't look sanitary also. Compared to when chatime outlet debut in Malaysia, until now it changed to tealive, the ambient and quality varies from outlet to outlet. You may be amazed by how inconsistent it can be. Also, check out the size of their chicken drumstick, I thought I was eating pigeon.

Why do I give so few stars? The service here is not very good. I ordered 2 cups of milk tea and had to wait for about 30 minutes. There are not enough staff.

Ordered 3 drinks and a pop corn chicken for take away, was told to wait for 10 minutes for pop corn chicken. I can see the drinks were ready and they called my number after 15 minutes. I was only given 3 3 drinks and i was surprised and being ask how many drinks did i order. The staffs were terribly blurred and not knowing what they are doing at all. After telling them my pop corn chicken is missing they ask me to duduk tunggu. Surprisingly there were not much customers at all and they messed up. Terrible experience in this outlet. Staff take us for granted like they are not afraid of losing business. Total waiting time of 35 minutes for 3 drinks and 1 popcorn chicken with less than 5 customers in outlet. Beware of this before you visit this outlet.

Terrible customer service from the cashier at 6.05pm on Friday, February 25th , not friendly and not helpful at all...she's new? I come here quite often, felt so upset with her.. Thankfully my drink was not made by her...

Very bad experience, since the staffs are new there. Coco malty Horlicks taste like
