This place has a very good canteen with Russian food

Needs work. The facilities and rooms are OK. The lobby bar is great: good service and they turned in the camera i left behind to reception. Internet sucks: don 't expect high speed if you need to work while you are here. The spa is nice, but i don 't know why they tell you that they are open till 11 pm if they stop letting guests in at 8: Oh no, but we stop letting in at 8 me at 8:20 Why can 't i go in now? They are cleaning there . Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit...

Very nice and clean hotel with a great spa pool area. Spacious and light rooms with nice bathroom. Friendly staff. Can highly recommend.

Really nice hotel in Pskov. We stayed in the newly renovated part. Rooms nice and everything clean. Good breakfast. Friendly service.

The hotels facilities are impressive for a town like Pskov. It is indeed a well situated complex with a well maintained SPA and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant and its' staff, however, we're less than satisfactory. Our drinks took 45 minutes to reach our table, and we waited about an hour for our plates. When we asked about the waiting times, we were quickly argued with, dismissed and told that there was no Management in house. The excuse given was a large influx of customers that evening; this was visibly untrue. We also suspect the restaurant had something to do with my mother's food poisoning later that evening. Nice hotel, but the restaurant and it's staff most certainly need development.
