Taco Bell - Prunedale

Extremely poor service and portions at this location. Seriously get your stuff together been skimping, shorting, and messing up orders. Sick and tired of it too bad there’s not a fast food substitute. Time to make it at home. Get it

Honestly just go to Salinas n main they are way better like how do you just start lunch and everything is like this will upload the receipt as well but this store should just close ?‍??‍??‍??‍?

The staff isn't very friendly from my many experiences here. Hitting the drive thru sounds like I'm am annoyance to the ones who take my order. I can't say they workers here or rude by any means however they aren't very polite about taking your order either!Parking: Located with in the Prunetree Shopping Center so there is ample parking mostly all the time.

Went around 8:30 there was only one group of two in the store eating and the drive through had about 3 cars. We decided to go inside to go to the bathroom as a pit stop on our way home from monterey. BUT we were very disappointed as the bathroom had a sign saying that they check and clean it every 30 mins but the bathroom looked like a child ran through and shredded toilet paper everywhere. Plus the sink was broken and did not work. As a place that is supposed to have the employees wash their hands often it is repulsive Imagining the dirty hands that manage your food. We had only ordered two drinks from the place and we had ordered on the kiosk. But it took them 20 MINUTES and if it weren't for us asking about our order they would have not even gave us our order. Considering the fact that they weren't even busy it is absolutely unacceptable that they forgot our order and didn't believe that we had ordered when we had asked about it and showed proof.
