Bidrage med feedbackWas very excited when I discovered that they can make completely vegan ice cream! it was really good and still had a nice creamy texture. I added a couple of obstinates and will go back in a way when another demand hit.
This quaint little shop has a charming atmosphere, but their Açaí Bowl was not worth the price. I spent around $11 on a large bowl that melted before I could finish it. Regrettably, I left feeling dissatisfied.
I really like the unique concept of this restaurant. The ice cream is delicious, and the portions are generous. I also appreciate that they offer a lactose-free option at no extra cost. I recommend trying the customizable options. My top picks were vanilla with raspberries and pistachios, and coffee with cookie dough and pecans.
Great ice cream no complaints there. We were visiting from out of state and my only complaint about this place was the girl who served us responded to customer questions with a condescending and patronizing attitude. Not only was this my experience but we saw her treat other customers rudely and condescending. That particular employee could learn how to respond to customer questions without the attitude.
Summary- bad experience, rude employee and possibly corporate greed... not worth.I went in with my brother to buy ice cream today. It’s very hot outside and I felt really dehydrated, so while I was contemplating which ice cream to get I asked the employee (a tan brunette woman with glasses) if I could please have a cup of water. She told me I couldn’t get a cup of water, but I could buy a water bottle. I am a broke college student and I was already feeling irresponsible for ordering an ice cream so I was disappointed and decided to go thirsty. I kept looking at the menu while my brother ordered ice cream, and I happened to see a soda fountain behind the counter with a spout for water. Confused, I approached the employee again, explaining my observation and asked if it was store policy not to hand out water. The employee said that there were no more little water cups available, so she could not give me water. Right next to the fountain were paper soda cups…. I left, thirsty, and with a bad taste in my mouth. I felt like this employee had no compassion for my discomfort, despite the fact that both my brother and I went in to buy their products and I approached her twice for help. I ended up deciding not to get the ice cream because of this interaction, and I don’t plan to go back. I would suggest a more friendly and compassionate ice cream store for those of you trying to find a cold treat.
