Rio Sonora Mexican Food - Provo

This is the place. I just had some of the best tacos I have ever had- and in Provo no less. After moving up here for school from southern California there haven’t been any mexican places that really hit the spot- this place changed that. I got the birria tacos and carne asada tacos and was blown away. Super authentic and I could tell they were using fresh ingredients- I recommend this place 100% and am excited to come back and try the rest of the menu.

Wow. This place is amazing. Everyone is so kind and the food is amazing! Being from San Diego, good Mexican food is hard to find in Utah, but their tacos are insane. I cannot wait to try more! We will definitely be back soon!

I just got done inhaling some of their fish tacos and now I'm sad because I've reached the top of how good food can get, and also I have fish tacos in my lungs. Send help.

The best birria tacos in Provo are here! Also they are so hardworking and patient. Very good food with reasonable prices.

Owner Francisco makes the best carne asada anything. Always enjoy my time and meal here!
