Bidrage med feedbackI wouldn't go back to oregano. our server came by as if he just went through the movements and cold. brot was brought to our table right before our meals, and after 30 minutes or so at least. I ordered the black salmon with risotto. the salmon was decent, but nothing amazing. the risotto was boiled, yet crispy and simply not paleable. When I drew this attention to the waiter, he simply said that he let the cook know. there was no excuse, no attempt to make it right, no word from the cook. In view of the amazing historical building and the lively location, the total meal was a huge swallow.
Beautiful atmosphere. I have the pistachio crusted chicken. at the price I was really surprised by the small portions. I could have eaten twice and was satisfied, but not too full. it was delicious, but small, and the kartoffels and beans were cold during delivery. the pasta dishes I bought for two others in my party seemed like larger portions. the fourth person loved her salat really with laughs.
Chicken-parmese was divine, the meatballs delicious, sausages lacked something, need dietary pepsi, the Hawaiian drink was laaaaa, the bread was the best we ever had (we are 70)!!!! the service very good, pleasant atmosphere, music was not pleasant, but could it out, cannolis srumptious thanks for on line information we come back and have given our friends a nod to her away.
Oregano is a beautiful addition to the restaurants of the inner city provo. eating is good enough. service is in order. it is a good place to take family and meet friends. it was 3 times there and nothing that is excellent to really be fleeing, but also not complaining. it's an occult place to go.
I enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. We were seated shortly after arrival even though it was New Years Eve and they were busy. I didn't care for the music but the food was very good, the server was pleasant and efficient. To our surprise we were given an additional meal to take home with us when we left, this significantly increased the value of the meal and let us experience some of the foods we had not yet tries. I agree with others who have commented on the bench seating. It sits so much higher than the chairs on the other side of the table that it was a little awkward. All in all, I would gladly return to dine here again.
