Mcdonald's - Provo

Came into this store today after having an issue a a different location. I went to McDonald’s to get an iced coffee this morning and I get halfway to work when I realized that they put cream in my coffee and I am lactose intolerant. So I think no big deal McDonald’s has a policy just for this kind of situation something do with brand ambassadors I cant remember exactly. Well I went in and asked for help. The general manager failed to provide any kind of service and just kept on insisting it wasn’t her store that made the mistake and they are gonna help me. so here I am at work with out my coffee writing the most professional review I can with out breaking my phone in anger from lack of my morning coffee due to pure incompetence

Waitress with the lip piercing crazy attitude needs a reality check. Very rude unpleasant.

The shamrock shake is not good, and I love irish people

A Few days ago, I went for my morning Coffee, I did not recive a Coffee stir stick after I had been told I gotten one, I go inside to ask for one, they said they did not have those, and to use my finger! I hope the manager teaches them about customer service, and how to treat a customer!
