Las Tarascas - Provo

Las Tarascas is a hidden jewel! The food is fresh and very authentic. Service is good and the prices are right. I eat here at least once per month and have never had a bad meal. The only downside is their location in a strip mall. It's the best Mexican food in Utah Valley and the second best in the State!

My favorite thing about this place is that there are many different flavors on every plate. I always get a different combination love how no item is the same. So often you get a combo plate covered in one sauce buried in cheese. Not here. The green enchiladas are completely different from the red both are delicious.
