Ordered a $1400 catering order the previous day for pickup the next. Food was 40 minutes late. Manager Joe didn't even have the guts to come talk to me after I repeatedly asked to talk with him. Overpriced and not worth the hassle. Never again.

Our server Chip was wonderful. Courteous and timely without feeling like he was lurking around the table.Our daughter enjoyed our stay, and he surreptitiously checked to make sure he should bring her some ice cream for dessert.Our only criticism would be that the lo mein was less flavorful on this visit than previously, and had fewer items in it than previously. It was less dense with items like bean sprouts.

I love other PF Chang’s locations but this one was terrible. The rice was drenched in sauce and soggy and the chicken was rubbery. We also saw a mouse run right past our table. Our server was kind and apologetic and probably mad as well since we were 1 out of 2 tables in the restaurant. Definitely will not be coming back.
