Mt. Fuji Japanese Steakhouse

We called ahead to reserve a seat. When we arrived we were told it would be a twenty minute wait for hibachi. We were directed to wait at the bar and they would come get us when the table is ready. They seated four other groups prior to us. We had to leave the bar after thirty minutes of waiting. The lady acted as if she didn't forget about us. Then it took us another forty minutes to get a chef. The food was decent. The prices are average. They neglected to recognize our birthdays while celebrating

Food is good. Not great but good. Solid. Service is atrocious. Miserable millennials with no personality and who don't care about anything. Service improved when I asked the bartender to take over. Good food if you can tolerate that but there's better overall Japanese experiences elsewhere.

On line ordering easy ready on time. Friendly hostess wait staff. Food good priced reasonably. Worth going if the area goid variety of food options.

I went here during the late afternoon hours, well past the lunch rush so we had the restaurant to ourselves mostly. This resulted in a pushy-at-times waiter. Ok, understandable he was hovering over the only table however he also got one of our orders wrong. No big deal we ordered a shrimp tempura app and got a shrimp tempura maki. It was delicious however still not what I ordered. The snow crab salad was very good. The Sashimi entree was just ok. The food was fresh and we'll presented yet the portions left me wanting and considering that they are not shy about the prices, frankly, left me wondering why I ordered it. It turned out to be a good, quiet spot for a business meeting although I probably won't put this tops on my to-do list. All in all a lackluster performance for an over hyped location. Hopefully their hibachi is better. Don't get me started about their drinks, $26 for chilled sake! Sorry kids.
