Chipotle Mexican Grill - Providence

This place is trash always messes up your order. I place it in english,i thought this was america. Stop hiring people who make their own meal and not the order requested.

Tasty AF, but the difference in the same order, smh. It was like eating a pita pocket, but with delicious Chipotle in it

By far the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to when it comes to service. Aside from the poor customer service and attitude, they got every single order incorrectly. When returning with the incorrect orders. They give you a hard time about the fact that they can?t read and make it correctly the first time and have to remake it. I think the main issue is that they spend half the time on their cell phones vs working. Very poor management leadership. Huge waste of my time!

The way these employees role burritos is criminal. Effing rolling meatballs. Have some GD respect for yourself and your customer. Embarassing. The effing iPhone is longer than this garbage.

The Branch Ave Chipotle in Providence is terrible. The floors and tables were covered in food. In addition the work space and checkout areas were covered in food. I don?t see how this place can pass inspection. As for the food my guacamole was brown and tasted old, the chicken had no flavor, and the black beans weren?t cooked. I am really disappointed with Chipotle for allowing this store to stay open
