The Brass Tap Prosper

Avoid coming to this restaurant on a busy night if you expect good service or decent food. We experienced multiple issues, including receiving the wrong order, waiting 20 minutes for a drink, and poor customer service from manager Jason. He seemed clueless and unprofessional, trying to rush us out without addressing our concerns. Our bill was almost $80 and not worth half of that. The restaurant was chaotic, with dirty glasses, poorly prepared food, and servers who seemed overwhelmed. We likely won't return due to the lack of proper management and understaffing issues. Management needs to improve and hire more staff.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic, with delicious cheese curds and a wide selection of beers. My paloma cocktail was excellent. The band, 380 Acoustics, played great songs and really added to the experience. I only wish they had swivel chairs so I could easily watch all the different sports on TV, from basketball to lacrosse to rugby.

The menu is limited, as one might expect, but unfortunately lacks variety in interesting options. TVs are scattered throughout the restaurant so you can catch your favorite sports game while enjoying your favorite drink.

Been here twice. I've personally bad the sliders and a hamburger with regular fries and sweet potato fries. Everything tasted fantastic. Not just bar food. This is a great place for lunch and affordable as well. Friends that ordered here with me enjoyed the wings and chicken sandwiches. They had no complaints and would gladly return again. This is definitely going to be regular place for lunches. Also, they had stuff saying live music on Saturdays and other nights there's music bingo and trivia in the evenings. Seems like great fun. The music and atmosphere was good too.

Leaving a review simply because our waitress (Tara) made my night! We had the pretzels and a couple of drinks all of which were really good and definitely worthy of coming back for but the energy and friendliness our waitress brought to the table was unmatched. It's always a nice surprise when the staff not only makes you feel welcome, but turns a regular evening into a memorable one. Thanks, Tara! We will see you again soon!
